Tilly Kelly Loughnane
. My name is Tilly. It is my passion and life work so far in helping others to achieve mental wellness, and further to alleviate self-suffering. I see counselling as a guide. So being on a journey together, where my clients bring their difficulties and I bring my professional knowledge/skills, unconditional positive regard and empathy. I believe people have the capability to bring their inner resources and expertise regarding themselves. Yet through building confidential trust in a therapeutic relationship/setting and trust in the counselling process, together we can achieve self-growth. I will bring the nourishing ingredients of training, experience, compassion, nurturing, empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard, you will bring your life
