About
Tilly Kelly Loughnane
My name is Tilly. It is my passion and life work so far in helping others to achieve mental wellness, and further to alleviate self-suffering. I see counselling as a guide so to be on a journey together with my clients, where my clients bring their difficulties and I bring my professional knowledge/skills, unconditional positive regard and empathy. I believe humans have the capability to bring their inner resources and expertise regarding themselves. Yet through building confidential trust in a therapeutic relationship/setting and trust in the counselling process together we can achieve self-growth. I will bring the nourishing ingredients of training, experience, compassion, nurturing. empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard, you will bring your inner resources
Having someone to listen to you and understand you on an emotional and intense meaning can be a very enlightening experience.
